Modbury Parish Council Statement

South Hams District Council and Modbury Parish Council would like to clarify that the site recently identified by Bloor for the potential development of new homes in the town is not an allocated site in the Joint Local Plan, is not part of Modbury Community’s Neighbourhood Plan and is outside the settlement boundary for Modbury.
